Where and how are our products made?

We do our best to source American made products and are proud to say that our largest vendor is 100% made in America.  Almost all of our other vendors are American companies as well, but some do have an international presence.  In addition, all of the brands used by Bringing the Vibe advertise responsible sourcing and ethically made apparel.  Our positive vibe mission wouldn’t be, well, positive, if our products were coming at the cost of people (or our planet).  That’s why we’re happy to support the #WhoMadeMyClothes campaign and we take our time to investigate all of the products we source to ensure that our vendors are also playing by the same rules.  Once our shirts or other products are sourced, all printing and assembly is done in the United States, mostly right here in Delaware.  We also routinely look for new local vendors and small start-up American companies in order to give back to small business and local communities.


Do you ship overseas?  

We do not currently ship overseas with the exception of military shipments to military APO/FPF/DPO destinations.  One of our founding members is a Marine – Semper fi!


How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Items will generally ship within 2 business days and shipping time will depend up on the shipment method and timeframe selected at check-out.


Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes, products are returnable within 30 days of purchase.  Please see our Returns section for more details.


Does Bringing the Vibe offer an ambassador program?

We are actively looking for brand ambassadors. If interested, please email us at sales@bringingthevibe.com and let us know a little about yourself, provide your social media accounts, and why you think you would be a good ambassador for our brand.


How do we give back?

2% of all profits are donate to environmental or conservation related organizations on a quarterly basis.  The organizations we support are selected on a rotating basis and we will often highlight a specific organization to compliment promotions we are running or events we are attending.  We also love hearing back from you, our customers, as to ideas for future contributions.  Please do not hesitate to contact us through the “Contact Us” page of our site with suggestions and do not forget to include the website or information for the organization you are recommending.  Of course, we do vet all recommendations to make sure the organization matches our conservation mission and has good ratings as a charitable organization (see FAQ below for more information on how organizations are selected).


How do we chose the organizations that are offered for donation? 

We do our best to offer a variety of organizations with goals and missions that match our own mission statement.  We look for foundations that are focused on conservation efforts and maintaining the world in which we live, but with a focus on future enjoyment for all of us. We look for local, national, and international options.  Our team does its diligence to ensure that the chosen organizations are reputable and that the funds donated further their missions and do not line the pockets of corporate executives.  Most of our chosen organizations have A or A+ ratings.  If you have a recommendation for a new charity to highlight please send us an email.  We love to hear from you!
